National policy

CER has drafted or co-authored five national documents that shape how Bangladesh builds and connects solar power. Each entry says what the policy lets people do and what CER's part was.

    Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100 — baseline study, Part 4: Power

    The long-term plan that integrates Bangladesh's sector plans to 2100. CER wrote the power-sector baseline: history, government plans, demand and primary-fuel scenarios, and the challenges in meeting them.
